RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

M/s. Iris Analytics and E-Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “VR|46 India Merchandise Store”, “Seller”, “we”, “us” or “our”) endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within fifteen (7) business days of receiving your order. If you are already registered on the Site, please make the return directly from your personal user space. If you are not registered, you can request it by sending us an email at “returns@vr46store.com” If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

  1. POLICY 

 

   1.1  Upon receipt of your order, you will still need to wait for twenty-four (24) hours to allow the update of the delivery in your personal account. Once the update has taken place, the ability to proceed with the return request will be enabled.

 

   1.2  Please note that only products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect can be replaced. Size exchange is only allowed once and there are no shipping charges on the exchange”

 

    1.3  Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner. Retain the packaging of the damaged products.

    1.4  After 24 hours from receiving your order, log in to your account and then
click on “My Orders” section. Thereafter, click on “Request a Return”. Select the order containing the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request. 

 

    1.5  Look at your inbox, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form with the Return Authorization Code (RAC), the courier contacts to return the parcel and the address of our warehouse that you must print and apply on the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return. If you choose our courier, the cost of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.

 

    1.6  You can also download the return form directly from your account by accessing “My Returns” area. Select the RAC, view the request and click on “Download Return Form (PDF)”.

 

    1.7  Insert the products in the original packaging. The products must be returned in the same conditions you received them in, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any related manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product. Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to ensure that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the item, refunding only the residual value of the Product.

 

    1.8  Print the return form and put it inside the box containing the products you wish to return. Apply the address of our nearest warehouse outside the box. Send your return to the address mentioned on the email

 

    1.9  Keep the receipt of the shipment. When the return is in our warehouse, we will make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card or any other third party payment service or by net banking). The cash on delivery orders will be refunded by bank transfer.

 

    2. MISCELLANEOUS

 

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return, refund or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

 

    2.1  No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address and if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

    2.2  Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.). Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’.

 

    2.3  Products are deemed to have a defect if they are received by the customer in a damaged condition or have a manufacturing fault or defect. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. A defective product can only be exchanged against the same product in the same size, subject to product availability. A full refund against the same shall only be made if the same product is not available in stock.

 

    2.4  Return will be processed only if:

 

  1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession;

  2. the product is not different from what was shipped to the customer;

  3. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein);

  4. return has been initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product;

  5. products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page or bought in discount cannot be returned;

 

    2.5  Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, the end result may vary and that in itself would not amount to defect or would not make us liable for returning or refunding the product.

 

    2.6  No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. You agree and understand that no return or exchange is applicable in relation to the supply of tailored or clearly customized products.

 

    2.7  If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of fifteen (15) business days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by the Seller.
