M/s. Iris Analytics and E-Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “VR|46 India Merchandise Store”, “Seller”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to deliver orders with good quality packaging within time frame specified as below. To ensure that orders reach in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
1.1 Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. We try to deliver the products within 15-18 business days and, in any case, to deliver within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from the day after the one on which the Consumer has submitted the order. (You will see the expected delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order).
1.2 All orders received before 8 PM will be taken into processing on the same day and any order post 8 PM will be processed on the next day. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the checkout.
1.3 Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries and order processing.
1.4 Currently we offer only standard delivery. We will update as and when, we introduce express delivery options.
1.5 Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, shipping destination and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order and you will know about the charges before making payments. All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India.
1.6 Shipping is free for domestic orders above INR 1000.
2. NON AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
2.1 Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. Please ensure that complete and accurate shipping address including zip/pin code and mobile number is provided. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
3. TRACKING PACKAGE
3.1 Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our website, from the “Order Status” link under the main menu of our website.
4. MODES OF PAYMENT
4.1 For shipping to India we accept all major debit, credit cards, other third party payment facilities and provide net banking across all major banks. PayU is our designated payment gateways. A customer may alternatively opt for cash on delivery option (only applicable to limited zip/pin codes). NOTE: No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. In case of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions would prevail.
